What we collect

When you request a match we collect your name, contact details, project location and the project description you provide. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address and pages visited, and use privacy-respecting analytics.

How we use it

We use your request to prepare a proposal and to contact you about your project. Where a project needs it, we share relevant details with the professionals we coordinate with on that project (for example a land surveyor or soil testing lab), and with service providers that operate the site for us. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep project requests for as long as needed to handle them and for our records, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@civilengineer.ai. California residents and residents of other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, which we honor.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to remember your language and keep forms secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
