How Working With Us Works
- Tell us about the project. What you need, where it is and your timeline. Photos, surveys and existing plans help, and can be sent after we reply.
- Proposal. An engineer reviews the request and sends a written proposal with scope, deliverables, fee and schedule. If a site visit, soil testing or a survey is needed, the proposal says so.
- Engineering. We visit the site if required, run the calculations and prepare the drawings or report.
- Sealed deliverables. You receive plans, calculations or a report sealed by a PE licensed in your state, ready to submit. If the building department comments, we respond to the comments within the agreed scope.
